A Technics SL-1210MK2 professional direct drive turntable system. This unit is finished in black and features a high-torque direct drive motor with quartz lock. The chassis includes a sliding pitch control, start-stop button, and speed selectors for 33 and 45 RPM. It is equipped with a curved s-shaped tonearm featuring an adjustable counterweight and anti-skating control. The top plate is inscribed with Technics QUARTZ Direct Drive Turntable System SL-1210MK2 and Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd. Osaka Japan. The turntable comes with its original cardboard retail box, marked with the model number and Black Noir colour designation. A clear plastic dust cover is attached via hinges.
Condition report:
The turntable shows signs of moderate use. There are visible scratches to the lid. Functional testing has not been performed.
