The unit features a three-rung ladder section with a sliding height-adjustable treadplate platform and a single vertical folding handrail. A black nylon securement strap is attached to the frame. The ladder is supplied with its original metal storage bracket, a grey padlock, and two keys. An adhesive label on the platform underside reads ‘LFI LOADSTEP Instructions’ and details operating procedures, including ‘Position the ladder against the side of the vehicle, with the platform flat on the lorry bed’ and ‘Secure the Loadstep to the vehicle, using the strap provided.’ A blue and white rating label on the ladder frame reads ‘CLASS 1 INDUSTRIAL DUTY RATING 130kg MAX STATIC VERTICAL LOAD 175 Kg’, and features the handwritten notation ‘Code H2LL’.
Condition report:
The equipment appears in good functional condition. Surface scuffs and minor oxidation consistent with light industrial use are visible across the aluminium frame and treadplate platform (photo 1). The manufacturer\'s labels remain clearly legible; the rating label shows minor lifting at the corners (photo 2). The securement strap, storage bracket, and padlock with keys appear operational (photos 1 and 3).
