The switchgear includes a BG Nexus Metal brushed chrome single light switch, Hamilton Hartland super slim switches, Eterna PUSHLED time delay push switches, and a boxed Dowsing & Reynolds 1-gang rocker switch marked DR313. Plumbing and hardware components include a Skylo 3-part dual flush height adjustable syphon, a P1 Plumbing Empress Peerless telescopic bottle trap, Flomasta basin waste, and sealed packs of Sparks 22mm push-fit elbows. Further items include a tub of white plastic tile spacers, a box of FM S200 35mm self-drilling zinc alloy plasterboard fixings, a tin of Black Swan clear PVC cement, and blue Draper fabric ratchet straps. A yellow and black Fortress Trade telescopic extension pole is included alongside a length of aluminium extrusion wrapped in protective film etc.
