Condition report:
The plates are in used gym condition. The rubber surfaces show visible scuffing, abrasions, and a layer of dust across the faces and edges. The interior of the central metal inserts exhibits significant surface oxidation and rust. Minor nicks and wear consistent with impact use are present on the edges of the rubber.
